17 lbs down in 8 weeks!

When I listened to Scott explaining F.E.L. I was intrigued, but skeptical, since nothing I had tried to that point had effectively helped with weight loss. For the past few years, I had been in what felt like a losing battle with middle age weight gain. I was counting macros, weighing my food, going low carb, doing weight training, and walking regularly. I did see positive strength gain results, but fat loss remained elusive. It seemed like I was gaining weight just thinking about food. I thought I was doing all the right things but wasn’t seeing results. Then, Fast.Eat.Live came along. I had my reservations about whether I would be able to fast for as long as was suggested and thought it couldn’t possibly work.
I had nothing to lose but weight, so I decided to jump in and keep an open mind. With the help of Scott, I made it through my first week of FEL. I thought I would be crazy with hunger and want to eat everything in sight, but that didn’t occur. I wasn’t hungry, and I felt good. In fact, it wasn’t as difficult as I initially thought. I made changes to my diet that sustained me during the fast and feast days. It didn’t feel like a diet. I continued going to the gym and exercising while I was fasting and saw gains in strength during this time. Each week FEL felt easier, and the scale was moving in the right direction. The best part is that my clothes fit better, and my belts that were in the donation box were retrieved to keep my pants up. Fast.Eat.Live has been a game changer for me.
I’m closing this year feeling hopeful in my ability to succeed in my weight loss journey by continuing with F.E.L. It’s a sustainable lifestyle that I see myself doing for the long term to achieve my health goals.
