My husband and I started our Fast Eat Live journey in mid-January. We were not unhealthy eaters, and we didn’t live a sedentary life, but having reached a certain age, our metabolism had slowed. We had gained a bit of weight and had that typical over-50, mid-section pillow. For us, it was that we needed to eat foods in the right order, and the fasting day, and way, is essential. Following this program, I have lost 10 pounds and don’t feel sluggish. My husband has lost 20 pounds! We both feel so much better. Fast Eat Live has become our habit. We love our weekends and look forward to the reset day.
Once we lost the weight, it hasn’t returned. I didn’t know what my ideal weight should be, but it seems to be right where I am today. Once you hit where your body should be, then you can just stay there. I love it because we only changed the pattern in which we ate our food. Also, we have noticed that we don’t have cravings for sugary things. The pattern of only eating whatever you want in the “LIVE” days, brought us to the point of not wanting, or craving processed foods, especially sugary things. They don’t make us feel good and we don’t miss it. We’re all about feeling good and living our best selves. Thanks again Scott and Rebecca for helping us to feel and look better than we have in years!
