Lost 24.5 lbs in 8 weeks!
I needed some sort of change in my life… At first, I wasn’t sure how I would do it, as I was only going to the gym 2-3 times a week. Once I got into a routine, I found myself going 5-6 times a week… I was introduced to Fast.Eat.Live. It was a different approach to dieting, and I wasn’t sure how I would do. The fasting part at first was a little hard, but once I got into a routine it felt natural and easy. I did F.E.L. because I was constantly feeling bloated and wasn’t having success with other dieting means. Since implementing F.E.L., I never feel bloated anymore and overall I feel better. It is easy to stick with and it allows you to still enjoy a night out and not feel guilty about it. Overall this experience has been great for me, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a change or challenge in life!
